Privacy policy
Effective November 2026
This page explains what personal data WANDERPOP collects, how we use it, and your rights under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
Data controller
WANDERPOP, reachable through the contact page. We reply to the email you give.
What we collect
- Traveller waitlist: email, language, and the time you gave consent.
- Business waitlist: business name, type, province, contact person, email, phone or LINE ID, website or page, current booking method, interests, and the time you gave consent.
- Contact form: name, email, message, and the time you gave consent.
- Partner link clicks: partner name, guide, button position and time, not linked to any person.
Why we use it
- To tell you when the app opens.
- To contact businesses about joining when their province is ready.
- To answer messages you send.
- To see which partner links get clicked, so we can improve the guides.
Legal basis
We keep data from all three forms on the basis of your consent, given by ticking the box on the form.
How long we keep it
Up to 24 months from the date you sent it, or until you withdraw consent, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You may ask to access, copy, correct or delete your data, restrict its use, object, or move it, and you may withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee office.
How to withdraw
Send a message through the contact page using the email you registered, and say you want to withdraw. We will remove your data from the list.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. It is stored on Cloudflare (D1 database), our service provider, and we use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a form sender is not a bot. Details from the contact and business forms pass through Resend, an email delivery provider, so that we are notified and can reply. These providers may process data outside Thailand.
Cookies
We use essential cookies only and no third-party trackers. Visit statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies. When you follow a partner link, the destination site has its own policy.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
